Macy’s!

Monday, January 18th, 2010

Just came back from a four day vacay in Guam the other day and to my surprise, I spent most of my shopping money at Macy’s there in Micronesia Mall! Everything was on sale and needless to say, I went crazy with a capital C, haha! Since I don’t have enough space in my luggage to hold everything I wanted though, I had to let go of some items I wanted badly and now I can’t sleep! Last night, while I was about to research on GMAT prep for my sister as per high recommendations from my cousin who has taken the course, I decided to check out Macy’s online and what do you know?

I guess I’m just lucky!!!

ZARA sale

Saturday, January 9th, 2010

Zara is on sale from where I am from and almost everyone I know are in panic. Okay, you can include me in the list, haha. I am wanting to score jeans and dresses for the kids thats why. Count in a pair of shoes too! Now, if only I am well and can now go out of the house but the thing is, I can’t! I am too sick and had just came out of the emergency room last night. *bawls!*

Stuck at home for a couple more days :( Guess finally now I can finish to finalize the term life insurance I am suppose to be getting from a friend. Hayz….

Saturday 9 Call Me

Saturday, January 9th, 2010

1. Who is someone that phones you routinely that you never seem to be up to talk to, but you are not ready to push them out of your life?

Hmmm, tricky, can’t really think of anyone right now.

2. What is something that effects you deeply, to your core, no matter your mood or what else is going on in your life?

Anything concerning my kids and family.

3. Tell us of something that relaxes you and always makes you happy.

Shopping, sleeping and my kids being healthy.

4. If you could take the train from anywhere to anywhere, where would ‘anywhere’ be?

Europe??

5. If you could look into the future, how far down the road would you like to see? 10 years? 100 years? A million?

10 years.

6. Did you do your shopping online for this Christmas, how did it go? Did things come in on time? Any significant failures? …and if you didn’t, will you consider trying online shopping sometime this year?

I dYes. And everything came just right on time even the kitchen sinks. Thanks to my dear friends abroad.

7. What people or projects are worth your time, money or effort?

People that matters to me are worth all my time.

8. Think back when you were in high school. Are you proud of the way you dressed, or do you wish you could go back and change it all?

Not proud at all, haha!

9. Do any of your friends, family or co-workers know about your blogs? For those that do, did you tell them or have they stumbled upon it by themselves?

Some knows about them and I wonder how because I never told them!

safe than sorry.

We just got back from Hongkong and it was crazy! Everything was on sale. I wish I had overflowing funds to buy everything I wanted but reality check, I don’t. I did manage to score a few items though for me and the kids so was really happy. Although we can’t have everything, we still can have a little of everything, haha! Right how, back to work and first on my list is to reply to the email sent to me about term life insurance rate I have been offered. Its about time to get one and I’m glad the husband agreed to set aside budget for this. We will never know what the future holds anyway so lets be sure. Better be safe than sorry, ayt?

Right after checking out the pond pumps online, I will take advantage of Old Navy’s 60% off clearance!  You should too. Just checked now and they have quite good stuff still available. I know though that it won’t last long so I should get going.  You all know how their stuff sells like hot cakes, right?  Well, with $5 dollar shirts for kids, who wouldn’t want to buy?  Great great stuff for active play with the kids. Clothes wear well too and even after several washes, clothes stay fit.  So, lets go and shop now!
