This is what has been keeping the husband busy these past weeks. He has opened a meat shop which has been operational for two weeks now. So far so good. People have been convincing him to open one for a long time now as this is very in line with his business - hog farming. It took a while before he finally caved in and now he regrets it as he should have done it sooner. Its very convenient for him as he told and I’m really glad. For a sideline, such meat shop earns pretty well so the husband is happy.

This coming coming Christmas, we are now looking for promotional products to give away to our valued customers. Do you have any suggestions?

As you all know, my husband’s family has been into hog farm business for over 20 years now. Since Jon took over some seven years go though, he had bigger plans for the farm just like transforming it into a breeding farm instead of a commercial farm. Slowly but surely, he has been doing this according to plan but just recently, the husband also ventured into a meat shop business as sideline which is so far doing good. As much as I would like to help him in his new venture though, with my coming delivery, I can’t. Besides the meat shop he opened is located near the farm which is quite far from where we live so I won’t be able to attend to it no matter how promising it is. I told him I still want to have my own business soon though but I prefer to have a home business so I won’t have to leave the kids at home. He’s up for it as he told me but not anytime soon as I’ll be very busy taking care of a newborn in a month from now. Maybe in a year or two.  Wish me luck!
