I have yet to see the movie “For the First Time” but I have been hearing all sorts of comments, from bad to good, about the film. Well, the only good part I have heard of as of now is how beautiful Greece was where part of the movie was filmed. I have never thought of Greece as one of my ultimate travel destinations but its included in my list now after seeing “For the First Time’s” trailer and photos of Mykonos villa rentals in Greek Islands. I hope to visit it soon. The scenery and view is just breathtaking.

It’s that time of the year once again. No, I’m not talking about Christmas here but rather, Halloween! If you’re a mom like me who has a kid that goes to school and is required to wear a costume for their Halloween Party, now is the perfect time to have your kids’ costume made if you are not ordering a ready to wear one online. As for me, I haven’t really decided what my little girl will be for this year but if you ask her, she’d love to be her favorite character of the moment - NEMO. Nahhhh. I don’t think it suits her so I’ll do everything to make her not Nemo or a fish this Halloween. I hope I succeed! You see, this little girl of mine has a mind of her own already.
Nevertheless, for her costumes, there are two sites I usually frequent who does custom made designs. You can check out http://www.bumblebee.com.ph/ and http://babyfashionistas.multiply.com/. I am still looking for other alternatives but my search took me over to Festina watches already after some time so it seems that these two are the (only) best options available to mommies from where I am from.
How about you mommies, have you decided on what your kids will be this coming Halloween?

Here’s Sophia’s LCD TV mounted on her bedroom wall. I wonder though if we made the right choice mounting it on the wall as I have seen really nice and cool looking tv lifts online at very affordable prices. On a second thought, since we don’t have much space, this set up I think is the best for the little girl. Maybe we can consider the tv lifts in our room then? What do you think?

The husband is leaving for Macau two weeks from now. He’ll be staying with his friends at the famous Venetian Hotel and boy am I so jealous!!! I haven’t been to Macau and stayed at Venetian too so I can’t help but wish I can tag along with them. But being oh so pregnant, I can’t. I just wish he takes home a really nice surprise for me though to make up for leaving me. *wink wink* Or better yet, maybe he should treat me big time next year after I give birth. Caribbean cruises, perhaps? How I wish!

I saw a multiply site that is worth checking out whether you are very much pregnant like me or not. Nui Clothing has both very nice clothes for those preggy moms and the not so preggy moms. I love the dresses they have! And their maternity clothing collection I want to try too. You can check them out at http://nuiclothing.multiply.com/.
For those who love to cook. Again, I stumbled upon a site too that offers 10 minute kitchen wonders! I bet you are all familiar with that line by this time. Quickfire, a show hosted by Chef-Mom Rosebud Benitez which airs at QTV now has a multiply site where we can get hold of all her easy to follow recipes! Check http://quickfire.multiply.com/.
This is what you get fro spending hours in front of the computer. You stumble on very nice stuff! And I LOVE it. I also stumbled on a few sites that offer great Orlando vacations. Will post next time!

Sophia is doing the Show and Tell in school today. The teacher made her take home the Showtime Bag last Monday so you see, we have been preparing for a short presentation since yesterday. The little girls is asked to talk about her favorite things and put them in the show and tell bag to show her classmates and friends. She of course chose her Nemo Stuffed Toy (her current fave because of her Nemo fish inside her aquarium) and her all time favorite - baby pig. We prepared a speech which she mostly made up herself which makes me so proud.
I tried to edit some things she wanted to say but she won’t let me. HAHA.
So today was another first for her. First to make apresentation! Can you believe? At nursery ha! I went to school with her today needless to say so we cans till practice her speech while inside the car. I don’t know though if its by mere luck or what, it was so traffic! Apparently, there were two trucks that met an accident. Good thing we left early today as per daddy’s advice. Anyway, I bet a truck accident lawyer is on the way as one of the trucks bumped on some residential houses beside the highway. I wonder if there were people inside.

I found these ultra cool personalized bangles over the net and I am thinking of having one made for myself. What do you think?

Ordering is fast and easy as I just need to send the maker a message but the hard part is choosing which pics to use. You see, I have over a thousand of pictures to choose from as I love taking photos of me and my little family. In fact, I have a couple of micro sd memory for my camera and still plans to buy one more to accommodate all my photos.
If you are interested with these bangles, you can view more at this site http://bragbangle.multiply.com/.

I love shopping for books online. Be it for me, my husband or our little princess, I get Amazon books all the time as not only do I get them at big discounts, I also save time and effort to go to the nearest bookstore to pick up new books. With the rising prices of gas today, such short trip means a lot of savings already. Lately, I have been getting a lot of self help books too and I give them out as gifts to aunties and uncles who are celebrating their birthdays. I have ordered a lot of Dr Seuss books for the little girl too as she loves reading these books. I hope her love for reading will continue until she grows older unlike me and her dad who just rekindled our love for reading a few years ago.
